Dance Performances
The Gainesville Ballet Company produces two major performances each year. In November, the magic of the Christmas season begins as The Nutcracker graces the stage with Clara, Herr Drosilmeyer, and the Rat King. Create a family holiday tradition and join us in November for The Nutcracker. Then as spring begings to bloom, join us in March for the Spring Storybook Ballet where past performances have included Mary Poppins, Cinderella, Frozen, and most recently Peter Pan. Company Members perform in The Nutcracker and the Spring Storybook Ballet. In addition to Company members, Intermediate II and III have the opportunity to participate. Intermediate I dancers must first audition.
Show your appreciation for your favorite ballerina and support the Gainesville Ballet Company with a special order performance bouquet. All profits are donated to GBC. To read a detailed description and place an order, click the button below. Orders must be received by the published deadline. Smaller bouquets ($15) and singles ($5) will be available for purchase at the Boutique during each performance. See samples below.
